Do you consider your kiddo to be crafty, creative & imaginative? Do they enjoy making things just for fun? Are they always coming up with ideas for their next project? This weeklong mini Creative Kids’ Camp at Cats Eye could be the perfect fit for them, and get their creative juices flowing for their down time in the summer months. In addition to focusing on one main art project per day, they’ll also have the opportunity to learn a bit more about the 4 R’s - Reduce, Reuse, Repair, Recycle - as well as play games and make some new friends.
Camp runs Monday, July 14 - Friday, July 18 from 9AM - 12PM.

The Market Ketchum
The Market is a gathering to celebrate summer in Ketchum | Sun Valley, Idaho, with friends and family, music and food, and unique handcrafted & vintage goods. The Market will kick off on Friday, August 1, in the evening with a “sneak peek” of makers, and continue on Saturday, August 2, and Sunday, August 3, with music all weekend by local DJs, food and drinks available. The main focus throughout the weekend is the maker or seller of vintage goods, and local chefs. Our aim to bring together some of the best Independent Makers, vintage collectors, chefs and to provide a fun and memorable weekend. This is a free event to attend.

Heart Felt Affirmations with Lindsay Short
Lindsay Short of Lindsay Rae Art and I are bringing together felt letters and pressed flowers to create beautiful affirmations. In this workshop, you'll create your own 8x10in affirmation (spelling out whatever your heart desires!) and decorate it with pressed flowers.

Potato Stamping Workshop at the Boise Co-Op | The Village
Make beautiful patterns on textiles and paper during this two hour long workshop! We’ll cover the basics of pattern composition and repeat, carving potatoes, and mixing paint suitable for multiple surfaces. Once you finalize your pattern, you'll get to customize your very own tote bag, drawstring backpack, or bandana with your potato prints.
This workshop is open to all ages but does require supervision for younger makers as we'll be using sharp implements to carve our potato stamps.
A non-alcoholic beverage is included the ticket price, along with charcuterie-style snacks from the Boise Co-op Deli.
Wine or beer may be purchased separately and brought into the Classroom.

Create your very own paper chain tapestry design during this two hour long workshop! Choose from dozens of colors and patterns to create a one-of-a-kind tapestry to decorate your home. All materials are provided. This workshop is available to those at least ten years old.
